# Summary: This job is responsible for technical assistance across the plant and to work alongside engineers to review, develop, and implement manufacturing processes.
Essential Functions of the Job: The essential functions of this job require the person, with or without reasonable accommodation, to perform the following:
- Participating in the establishment and deployment of standard processes, policies, and procedures across the plant.
- Understand, adjust, and write work instructions.
- Conducting research, collecting data, and writing daily reports.
- Conducting experiments and investigations under the guidance of Engineers.
- Working alongside engineers to design, build, and test solutions to a variety of technical problems.
- Participate and lead small projects.
- Audit standard processes and use continuous improvement tools to implement improvements.
- Work with other departments as required.
- Create and design signs / markings for all necessary duties.
- Use the following software programs while performing the job: MAC-PAC, Nutech, SAPME, AutoCad, Smartsheet, Microsoft Excel, Confluence, Solid Works, and Word.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean/ Six Sigma/ 5S
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, or related software.
- Strong experience with AS400 and/or SAP
Associate’s degree in a related field; or minimum of two years related experience; or combination of education and related experience.

Monday - Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with flexibility of schedule as needed.
