Etnyre International, a growing family-owned manufacturer of road construction and maintenance equipment, is looking for a Seasonal Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join our Continuous Improvement team and help boost efficiency across our operations. ️✨

What You’ll Be Doing

- ✏️ Develop and document process controls for manufacturing

- Partner with CI Leaders to write work instructions

- Study workflows, space needs, and equipment layouts to improve efficiency

- Maintain process & product databases (data entry + simple programming)

- ️ Conduct time studies throughout various departments

- ️ Assist with fixture design and implementation

- Support the evaluation and testing of new machinery

- ➕ Jump in on additional engineering tasks as needed

- Qualifications That Make You a Great Fit

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Able to work independently and thrive in a team environment

- ️ Clear communicator with great attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Physical Requirements

- Occasional bending or twisting

- Ability to lift 10–20 lbs during routine tasks
