Summary
PGE’s Utility Asset Management team (UAM) is responsible for managing PGE’s Facility Inspection and Treatment to the National Electrical Safety Code (FITNES) Program and other T&D projects and programs. The FITNES Program covers PGE’s entire system over a 10-year cycle, which equates to the inspection of approximately 30,000 poles and 10,000 underground units annually. The inspections and repairs are performed in accordance with Public Utility Commission of Oregon (OPUC) regulations. In support of PGE’s Wildfire Mitigation Program, UAM also manages PGE’s Ignition Prevention Inspections, which are conducted annually in PGE’s High Fire Risk Zones and other risk areas.
The Manager, T&D leads compliance-based and risk-based T&D initiatives, including, but not limited to, PGE’s Facilities Inspection and Treatment to the National Electrical Safety Code (FITNES) program and PGE’s Ignition Prevention Inspection Program. The position manages and develops a team comprised of project managers and field inspectors. The Manager, T&D must have broad program management experience spanning people, process, technology, and data. This position requires subject matter expertise relating to: Oregon Public Utility Commission (OPUC) Chapter 860, Division 024 administrative rules and Chapter 860, Division 028 administrative rules; the National Electrical Safety Code; and utility T&D operations. A key aspect of this position involves strong collaboration with diverse stakeholders to achieve goals and strategic objectives.

Compensation Range:
$119,840.00 - $222,560.00
Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
