The Role:

The Manager, Sustainability Reporting will be responsible for supporting Lundin Mining’s sustainability performance disclosures, and climate initiatives. This role will work collaboratively with various corporate functions to support continuously improve external sustainability reporting processes.

This role will also conduct the research necessary to inform senior leaders on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities, and providing technical support to our global mining operations in the implementation of their sustainability reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the publication of Lundin’s annual sustainability related disclosures in accordance with regulatory and voluntary requirements.

- Strengthen internal controls, procedures and oversee collection and consolidation of relevant sustainability data to ensure accuracy

- Support integration and improvement of sustainability analytics tools to support long term disclosure needs

- Complete annual sustainability related disclosures and questionnaires (UN Global Compact Communication on Progress Report, Copper Mark, others as needed)

- Support assurance reviews in accordance to leading standards and frameworks including EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), The Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB), others as trends evolve.

- Monitor developments and collaborate with key stakeholders to provide recommendations on sustainability trends and reporting frameworks e.g., CSRD, GRI, SASB, especially as they impact mining industry.

- Establish and maintain positive supportive working relationships with relevant operational and corporate staff.

What You Bring:

- Minimum Bachelor-level degree in environment or business management or engineering related discipline.

- Experience with ESG reporting frameworks e.g., GRI, ISSB, SASB, , CSRD.

- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in mining or other resource extraction, including demonstrated familiarity with international and relevant industry standards.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage large quantities of data and attention to detail.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with other disciplines to deliver successful outcomes on complicated issues.

- Willing to travel to global operations, work in diverse cultures and understand international business environments.

- Strong project management skills (e.g., development and tracking of work plans, budgets, schedules, and project controls). Proficiency in sustainability related software, MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish strongly desired.
