Farmers Electric is currently seeking a Manager of Customer Service/Member Care to join our rapidly growing cooperative. We are searching for a dedicated Manager who can coach and motivate employees as they respond to calls related to new accounts, billing and account balances, payments, collections and maintaining customer information. This position is responsible for ensuring that every interaction our members have with Farmers Electric, whether it be over the phone, through email, or receiving a monthly bill, is a positive experience. This position will report directly to the Director of Member Care.
A bachelor’s degree in a related field with 10 years supervisory and call center/billing/customer relations experience is required. Experience with call center and customer relationship and sales/consumer management software such as NISC’s iVUE or Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft suite is required. Utility industry experience is a plus. Bilingual (English-Spanish) is desired.

This job is primarily reports to our Greenville, Texas office. The assigned hours will be Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm with occasional additional hours during peak seasons and critical processing periods.
