Develop, implement, and monitor strategies designed to enhance a culture of compliance that is open and transparent. Develop, implement and lead the compliance strategies, plans, policies and procedures, ensuring utilities are compliant with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and other operational requirements throughout the organization. Establishes effective relationships between the external pipeline safety regulatory groups. i.e. Illinois Commerce Commission Pipeline Safety group (ICC) and Public Service Commission of Wisconsin pipeline safety (PSCW) and internal groups (Operations, Regulatory, and other support organizations). Facilitate compliance efforts while maintaining independence of compliance support functions.

+ Key performance indicator (KPIs) that provide insights into the utilities compliance status + Processes to communicate and report KPIs to all levels of leadership + Processes to assure utilities are prepared for audits by the state regulatory commissions + Processes to manage audits by the state regulatory commission while they are in process

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
