Job Purpose

In this highly visible role, you are part of the Project Management leadership team, working on the development and execution of a large, 10-year capital portfolio of projects throughout Massachusetts. You’ll have and continue to grow a team of capable Project Managers, working with them and key internal stakeholders to make changes in strategy, set up the right delivery model, and chart the course for future success. You will leverage information from our regular cadence of status reports to help team members stay on target with our compliance benchmarks. You'll attend leadership meetings and be a meaningful contributor in the implementation of our long-term strategy and vision.

$169k - $199k a year

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills.
