About The Role
The Manager, Document Management is responsible for establishing and maintaining comprehensive document management processes and systems across TNC’s projects and fleets. This role will lead the selection, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring consistent and efficient control of project documentation from project initiation through closeout.
Responsibilities•Lead the selection, implementation, and administration of the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), ensuring alignment with TNC’s project delivery requirements and industry best practices.
•Develop, implement, and maintain standardized processes, procedures, and tools for document management including document numbering, revision control, document distribution, and document review management. Ensure consistency with NRC, DOE, and other regulatory requirements.
•Define document attributes, including metadata requirements, document types, security classifications, and retention schedules, to ensure accurate and efficient retrieval of project records.
•Lead the implementation and integration of document workflows in coordination with functional departments and project teams. Establish and manage document transmittal processes, ensuring accurate and timely distribution of project documents to internal and external stakeholders.
•Develop and enforce document review and approval workflows, ensuring timely feedback and version control throughout the project lifecycle.

•Conduct regular audits and quality checks of the document management system to ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
•Develop and maintain document management dashboards and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into document status, review progress, and outstanding actions.
•Provide training and support to project teams on document management best practices, EDMS usage, and related processes.
•Manage the CNO SharePoint used for team collaboration, including developing folder structures, establishing and enforcing user permissions, and ensuring adherence to TNC’s guidelines for uncontrolled documentation.
•Support the capture of lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance document management efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience
•10+ years of document management experience with a track record of leadership abilities in document management.
•Experience in developing and scaling enterprise document control systems in a project-driven, technical organization.
•Deep understanding of NRC/DOE regulatory frameworks, NQA-1, ISO 9001, and electronic record keeping standards.

Estimated Starting Salary Range
The estimated starting salary range for this role is $150,000 - $173,000 annually less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure, skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.
