Responsible for establishing the work management business processes to ensure safe and efficient execution of more than $400M/yr of electric distribution system maintenance and upgrade work performed by more than 400 internal and external craft workers across 40 operations centers. Establishes the processes that ensure work is ready to execute when crews show up each day and that the work is scheduled in a way that meets all work commitments and maximizes crew productivity. Uses data and analytics to monitor the health of work execution and continuously improve operations to meet performance goals. Manages a team of schedulers accountable for day-to-day work planning and scheduling. Responsibilities:
