National Grid is hiring a Manager, Distribution Line Worker for our New England Electric Major Projects team. This position will report to the Project Director within the Project Management & Construction organization in Waltham, MA. This is a hybrid position. Must live within a commutable distance to our locations.

Job Purpose

The Distribution Line Contracting Manager will support the department Director and provide leadership and clear direction for the distribution line contracting team that ensures the delivery and documentation of work within the agreed timelines, cost schedules, quality and safety standards; and within a risk profile that fully supports operating to the highest Safety, Health and Environmental standards to ensure company goals are met.

Key Accountabilities

Salary - $156,000 - $183,000

This position has a career path which provides for advancement opportunities within and across bands as you develop and evolve in the position; gaining experience, expertise and acquiring and applying technical skills. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.
