This position is responsible for leading a data management, reporting, and analytics team for the Business Reporting Services organization which is responsible for development of operational and performance analytics for the Carolinas, Florida and Midwest with a focus on reliability, safety, and operational excellence for operational groups including Distribution, Transmission, Veg Mgmt, and the States Presidents. More specifically the responsibilities are:* Responsible for governance of operational and performance reporting including, defining and driving consistency across the business units and functions

Responsibilities* Provides leadership and direction for development of operational and performance reporting for Duke Energy’s region business units including business staffing decisions, work assignments, and review of the group’s work product

Basic/Required Qualifications* Bachelors degree AND seven (7) years minimum required related experience

Preferred Qualifications* Master’s degree in Business Administration

Working Conditions Hybrid Mobility Classification* – Work will be performed from both remote and onsite locations after the onboarding period. However, hybrid employees should live within a reasonable daily commute to a Duke Energy facility.
