Position Summary
Janco is seeking a Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery, tools, and equipment, as well as upkeep of the facility, including buildings, grounds, and utility systems. This role plays a vital part in ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive environment that enables team members to manufacture high-quality products for our customers.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Metal fabrication environment with shop floor experience is a plus. Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers or smartphones is helpful.
The work required for this position is performed on the shop floor which is not climate controlled. Safety-toe shoes, protective eye wear, gloves when handling material are required.
