Join a local company that has been part of the Miami Valley for over 40 Years as a Die Casting Maintenance Technician on 1st shift. As a Die Casting Maintenance Technician, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. With core skills in electrical/mechanical knowledge, schematics, and facilities maintenance, you will be adept at troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues efficiently.
As our Die Casting Maintenance Technician your duties will include but not limited to :
- Understand and experience in Relay/Ladder logic
- Manage the preventive and restorative maintenance by coordinating the servicing of all equipment with the Equipment and Facilities Manager
- Maintenance of all Die Cast Equipment (DCE). DCE includes but is not limited to the DCM, Press, Furnace, Ladle, Robots and Shot Blast machines. Proactively monitor mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic devices in operation by listening and watching the equipment as appropriate.
- Accurate recordkeeping of the preventative maintenance and schedules.
- Perform regular inspections of Die Casting Equipment and communicate status to management.
- Maintain all forklifts, cooling water reservoir, waste collection pit and ancillary equipment to ensure safe functionality.
- Maintain the facility and grounds as needed based on the season.
