Maintenance Technician/Laborer

We are currently looking for an Experienced Maintenance Technician Who is professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition.

Experience in asphalt, concrete, painting, repairs, construction, drywall repair, porter and misc. maintenance

This is an opportunity to join a great team and work on a variety of exciting projects throughout the Northeast

IMMEDIATE HIRE

The applicant must be willing to do multiple trades. Every day is something different. You will assist the project with various assignments as necessary. Often will work on a variety of tasks within a given day.

Compensation: The rate for this position will vary and will be commensurate with experience
