Required Education/Experience:
•Associate degree and or minimum of 5 years manufacturing plant experience, 2 years of maintenance organization
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
•Strong communication, organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills.
•Proficient with the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
•Proficient knowledge of the maintenance management systems MVP.
•A detailed understanding of effective scheduling and workflow process in an industrial manufacturing environment.
•Ability to read P&ID's, mechanical and electrical prints, dimensions, and tolerances.
•Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic process equipment.
•Proven capability or ability to learn Oracle and other programs as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
•Will be accountable for health, safety, and environmental aspects for this position.
•Coordinates monthly backlog review of work orders with Operations and Maintenance Personnel and helps prioritize work requests.
•Transforms each work order from a prioritized backlog into a planned-kitted-scheduled work package.
•Review and prioritize all incoming work requests and work orders through visiting the job site for work clarification.
•Reviews and drives maintenance priorities when developing the weekly or outage schedules.
•Assures that corrective work identified via predictive and preventive maintenance is advanced to planned-kitted-status and integrated into the weekly schedule.
•Ensures the highest possible resource utilization in developing the weekly work schedule.
•Conducts efficient planning and scheduling meetings with Maintenance and Production personnel and publish the result.
•Ensures that completed work orders are reviewed and closed out in a timely manner.
