The Maintenance Planner is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and implementing standard practices and processes which will improve reliability, reduce operating costs, and craft sustainable competitive advantage in maintenance planning!

Responsibilities/Expectations:
•Coordinates maintenance activities and communicates the schedule to our internal and external customers
•Maintains accurate equipment history and reliability data for equipment
•Drives and influences consistent application and improvement of our processes
•Identifies efficient system operations mode on a real-time basis and causes adjustments to be made as the need arises to achieve optimum state
•Partners with peers and leaders to ensure that priorities between system operations and operations and maintenance teams are aligned
•Collaborates with others to identify and suggest training needs
•Identifies and communicates standard practices
•Possesses One (1) year of experience with Maximo
•Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
•Required: High School Diploma/GED; a minimum of five (5) years' maintenance experience (preferably as a technician, lead or planner), a minimum of two (2) years' planning experience, and a minimum of three (3) years' experience in the natural gas industry
•Preferred: Vocational or Associate’s Degree in a technical field
Physical and Environment Work Requirements:
Ability to:
•Work in extreme temperatures, with loud noises and in enclosed spaces
•Carry or lift items up to 50 lbs and team lift loads of more than 50 lbs as needed
•Stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, and squat, often for long periods of time
•Work at elevated levels, potentially from man lifts, ladders, scaffolding, and/or small towers, with appropriate PPE (Personal Protection Equipment)
Shift/Work Hours/Travel Requirements:
•8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Other Requirements:
•Must possess valid State Driver’s License and clean driving record
•Demonstrates aptitude and ability to embrace technology and applications to drive operational efficiency and streamline processes
•Previous experience developing scope and detailed job plans for preventive and corrective maintenance work
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills
•Previous experience using Maximo is preferred
•Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
