Overview

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with various machinery and equipment. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety in the workplace. Welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

•

Install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.

•

Analyze mechanical problems and troubleshoot issues effectively.

•

Fabricate components as needed to ensure machinery operates smoothly.

•

Read and interpret schematics to understand machinery layout and functionality.

•

Perform welding tasks to repair or fabricate parts as required.

•

Collaborate with HVAC technicians to maintain environmental control systems.

•

Work alongside industrial electricians for electrical maintenance tasks.

•

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.

•

Document maintenance activities and report any significant findings.

Skills

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to analyze complex systems.

•

Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication processes.

•

Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings.

•

Ability to perform industrial maintenance tasks efficiently.

•

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
