Maintenance Millwright

4 Day Week

Responsibilities/Experience

•

Perform millwright duties and ensure operations are operating smoothly.

•

Responsible for assembling, installing, aligning, maintaining, repairing, inspecting, dismantling and moving this machinery and equipment

•

Able to utilize troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques including diagnosing irregularities and malfunctions, making adjustments, and repairing or replacing parts

•

Follow all lockout/tag out procedures as required

•

Must be adaptable and resourceful and show initiative, dependability, and innovation

•

Use hand tools to install, maintain and repair machinery.

•

Repair and calibrate machinery.

•

Use a tape measure to measure distances and angles.

•

Operate machinery.

•

Measure equipment to specify new equipment.

•

Read blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.

•

Install and align, dismantle, and move stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, such as pumps, fans, tanks according to layout plans using hand and power tools.

•

Operate lifting devices such as cranes, jacks, and lift trucks to position equipment in a safe manor.

•

Operate machine tools such as Lathes, grinders, and mills.

•

Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools including welding equipment.

•

Willing to travel to sites as needed for assembly of equipment.

•

Previous manufacturing experience

•

Must have rigging experience

•

Must be a self starter and team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
