- Perform preventative, routine, and corrective maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections to ensure safety and readiness.
- Follow GMPs, food safety standards, and workplace safety regulations.
- Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate work orders and perform scheduled maintenance.
- Experience in food manufacturing or familiarity with HACCP, SSOP, and LOTO is preferred.
