- Adjust equipment or structure as required.
- Ability to work swing shifts.
- Remove, repair or replace inoperative or unsafe equipment or structure in all production areas.
- Fabricate and install new structure and equipment.
- Proficient in all position welding and use of oxygen and acetylene torch.
- Complete checklists and work order paperwork.
- Use precision measuring devices to set bearings, measure shaft/sprocket sizes and align couplings.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing with coworkers and supervisors.
- Perform housekeeping as necessary.
