Join a local company that has been part of the Miami Valley for over 40 years as our Maintenance Manager. The Maintenance Manager is highly visible reporting directly to our President.
The Maintenance Manager will schedule, coordinate, lead and direct all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements of a Cold Chamber High Pressure Die Casting facility. This department must manage all building/ facilities, equipment and machinery including but not limited to 14 die cast machines, 16 presses, 6 air compressors, 2 buildings and 12 forklifts . This is a hands-on working manager position leading 3 technicians. Successful candidates must be able to prioritize resources to meet production demands while minimizing downtime.
