Position Summary:
This person is a key Team Member to the Maintenance and Environmental Services Team. The primary responsibility of this position is to help the Maintenance Technicians keep our facilities and assets in top performing condition, minimize downtime and help drive excellence in customer service and distribution by ensuring right parts for the right assets at the right time and in the right amounts. This person will ensure that our Team Members are spending more time on task, and less time preparing for the next job. This person will also be working in the field in a maintenance and cardlock role when needed. Responsible to consistently role model our Core Values.
Essential Position Functions and Responsibilities:•Works with Maintenance Technicians on bidding, purchasing job lot quantities, and preparing jobs before assigned date.
•Works with CMMS software to keep detailed, accurate and complete running inventory on stocked and non-stocked parts needed to service and maintain our assets in great condition.
•Works with CMMS to prepare task groups, and preventative maintenance materials and tools for upcoming Work Orders.
•Exercises good judgment and stewardship of financial resources in purchasing of parts for the maintenance of company equipment.
•Stocks and manages inventory parts in proper location so easily locatable by the Maintenance Technicians when needed.
+ Responsibilities includes facility cleaning; pressure washing driveways and fuel islands, parking lot debris cleanup and removal, emptying trash receptacles, cleaning fuel dispensers.
•Performs Light Maintenance Repairs includes but not limited to; fuel dispenser filter replacements, hose, nozzle, swivel and breakaway replacement.
•Performs Preventive Maintenance which includes sticking fuel storage tanks for water, upkeep of oil/water separator and catch basin conveyance systems, upkeep of fuel product labeling, troubleshooting fuel dispensing systems.
•Seeks out learning opportunities to grow and develop competencies and skill set. Participates in training recommended by manager to maintain and improve position and behavioral proficiency.
