We are seeking a motivated Industrial Maintenance Apprentice to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth operation of our facility machinery through installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. If you're passionate about mechanical systems and eager to grow your skills in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you!

Your Impact in This Role

As a [Job Title], your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Independently perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.

- Assist with inspection and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.

- Support mechanical installation of facility machinery.

- Participate in root cause analysis and implement countermeasures.

- Contribute to product quality analysis and preventative maintenance.

- Monitor operation of facility machinery.

- Assist in basic equipment and repair part fabrication.

What You Bring to the Table

- High School Diploma or GED preferred.

- 1–3 years of maintenance experience preferred.

- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- Analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Ability to work safely and efficiently.

- Familiarity with mechanical and electrical drawings/schematics preferred.

- Glass processing knowledge is a plus.
