Position: Mail and Production Assistant


Location: Fergus Falls, MN


Description:

In this role, the Mail and Production Assistant will assist The Print Shop in providing top-notch mail services and finishing printed products to Otter Tail Power Company, Otter Tail Corporation, and to external customers, playing a key role in meeting companywide profitability and customer satisfaction goals.



Some examples of those activities will include:

- Process and distribute mail to employees.

- Utilize mail systems such as USPS, Certified mail, FedEx, etc.

- Accurately match, collate, and hand stuff materials to create company communications.

- Organize, order, re-stock, and inventory office supplies.

- Assist in the completion of print projects involving tasks such as cutting, folding, padding, and wrapping.

- Communicate effectively and work closely with all OTP personnel.

- Assist as a backup to the Production Publishing System Operator.


Qualifications:

- High school diploma/GED with experience

Selected candidates will be required to complete a pre-interview assessment.

- The expected base compensation for this role is $31,000 - $37,000 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
