Machine Operators & Production Support

Western Mass Manufacturer of metal shapes is looking for motivated and

reliable individuals with stable work histories to join our team. We are

currently recruiting for various roles within the organization such as

Machine Operators and Manufacturing Support. First Shift (Full-time and

Candidates should demonstrate a good work ethic, be dependable, have

good judgement, and be a team player. - Candidates must have basic

reading, writing and math skills, excellent communication skills and be

able to pay close attention to detail. - Must follow instructions from

the supervisor and adhere to all department procedures and Company

policies. - Physical stamina, the ability to perform repetitive

movement, and lift 5065 lbs. are required for most roles. - Must be able

to maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment. - Must have

reliable transportation. - Mechanical ability, prior manufacturing and

forklift experience are a plus. - Pre-employment Physical, Drug &
