The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment, including performing Clinch Nut operations, to support efficient and high-quality production at IFABCorp. This role ensures parts meet specifications, maintains safety standards, and collaborates with team members to achieve production goals.
- Set up and operate machinery according to production specifications.
- Perform Clinch Nut installation, ensuring correct placement and torque.
- Inspect finished parts to confirm adherence to quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Identify and report any machine or process issues that may affect quality or safety.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving production efficiency and workflow.
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of Clinch Nut machines or fastener installation equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
