Machine Operator

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience operating various machinery within a manufacturing facility. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes while adhering to safety standards and quality control measures.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate milling machines, stamping presses, CNC machines, and press brake machines according to specifications.

- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.

- Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify the accuracy of machined parts.

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise.

- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.

- Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.

- Proficiency in SolidWorks for creating and modifying designs as needed.

- Experience operating milling machines, stamping presses, CNC machines, and press brake machines.

- Familiarity with Fanuc logic controllers for machine programming and operation.

- Ability to use precision measuring instruments for quality assurance checks.

- Knowledge of manufacturing facility operations and safety protocols.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
