Machine Operator

Skills and Qualifications:

- Technical Skills: Experience with injection molding machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting.

- Quality Focus: Ability to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications.

- Problem-Solving: Capability to diagnose and resolve machine and process issues.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials.

- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.

- Basic Math and Reading Skills: For measuring materials and following work instructions

Education and Experience:

- A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is often preferred.

- Training in injection molding or plastic processing can be beneficial.

Work Environment:

- Injection mold machine operators usually work in manufacturing facilities, often on the factory floor.

- The work can be fast-paced and physically demanding.
