Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour (based on experience)
· Set up, operate, and monitor saws, drills, and CNC machines per shop drawings and prints.
· Load/unload raw materials (steel plates, beams, pipes) and ensure proper alignment for processing.
· Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy; adjust machines as needed.
· Follow all safety protocols, use PPE, and report hazards promptly.
· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for machine setup.
· Complete daily inspection reports and perform routine machine maintenance.
· Coordinate with supervisors and teams to prioritize and complete work orders on schedule.
· Verify or modify CNC files to align with shop standards.
· Maintain records of settings, output, maintenance, and repairs, report progress regularly.
· Suggest process, tooling, or workflow improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
· Use hand tools for equipment setup and adjustments.

· Technical Skills – Proficient in operating, setting up, and adjusting fabrication machinery.
· Blueprint Reading – Understands dimensions, tolerances, and fabrication symbols.
· Detail-Oriented – Identifies and corrects defects in finished products.
· Mechanical Aptitude – Troubleshoots and performs minor machine repairs.
· Safety Knowledge – Follows machine safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and guarding.
· Communication – Collaborates effectively with the team using clear verbal communication.
· Able to handle physical workload and lift 50+ lbs.
- Physical Demands: This position involves regular movement (sitting, standing, bending) around the facility, frequent use of hands and arms, and clear verbal and written communication. It also includes office work and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.

- 6:45AM to 3:30PM Monday-Friday (40 Hour Schedule)
- 5:45AM to 4:30 PM Monday-Friday (50 Hour Schedule)
- 5:45AM to 10:45 AM Saturday (55 Hour Schedule)
- Overtime as scheduled, the typical workweek runs between 40-55 hours.
