Reports To: Senior Manager, Loss Prevention & Business Continuity
Location: On Site - Store Support Center – North Charleston, SC
Job Overview: The Loss Prevention Coordinator is responsible for Loss Prevention Operations, Investigative Support, and for the daily administrative responsibilities of the Loss Prevention Department. This position will interact and communicate with all levels of Refuel leadership, outside government agencies, & vendors, to achieve the goals and objectives of the Loss Prevention Department.
Associates or Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, Risk Management and/or Business; preferred.
Wicklander-Zulawski Interview & Integration Techniques certification; preferred.
Experienced with MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, & Excel.
Strong analytical skills: able to identify trends and develop root cause solutions.
Strong organizational skills: able to put together detailed reports and maintain case files.
Strong oral and written communication skills & the ability to work with others at all levels of the organization.
Must be comfortable working in an independent manner, able to multi-task, be flexible with change, and prioritize the needs of the business.
Typical schedule is Monday – Friday but must have a flexible schedule that meets the needs of the business (schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Working in an environment that requires sitting, walking, standing, lifting up to 15lbs, & other tasks that are common in an office or convenience store environment.
Must be able to travel periodically, up to 25%.
