Loader Operator/ Laborer

1.)Small, family-owned and expanding sand and gravel company looking for a loader operator/laborer. This position would be in charge of running and maintaining a caterpillar 980 class loader plus helping maintain operations. In the loader this would be loading trucks, feeding hoppers and stocking material.

2.)Welding and fabricating experience is a plus. Sometimes loader, plant, or any basic maintenance are necessary if a mechanic isn't available.

3.)Employees with zero experience will start at $20/hr. You will be trained over a series of months to get all necessary MSHA paperwork. During and end of training your employment will be determined.

4.)Employees with experience can range from $25-$35/hr. 2-3 years of experience would start at $25/hr, with previous management positions this could be as high as $35/hr.
