We are currently seeking a licensed Mechanical Engineer (P.Eng.) who is passionate about equipment design and process improvement. This position plays a key role in enhancing existing equipment, supporting customers through the full lifecycle of pipe bending projects, and collaborating with shop staff and the operations team.

- Evaluate, improve, and modernize existing equipment designs
- Develop new equipment designs based on customer requirements and industry standards
- Perform stress analysis and certify engineering drawings
- Convert 2D CAD drawings into detailed 3D models using Autodesk Inventor
- Provide technical support for pipe bending projects, from quoting through to completion
- Collaborate with shop personnel and support in-house equipment testing
- Visit customer sites as needed to observe equipment performance
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors
- Modeling and 3D Printing
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Alberta
- Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, and other 2D/3D CAD software
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships simultaneously
- Highly organized with attention to detail and time management skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on customer/project needs
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
· Experience with CSA Z662, ASME B30.20 and ISO 9001 an asset, but not required
