LEM Business Analyst (Contract)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a LEM Analyst to join the Horizon Finance Team for a 6-month contract. This role involves reviewing and attesting daily Labour, Equipment, and Material (LEM) submissions from vendors using the Maximo LEM System.

A key aspect of this role is using Power BI and Excel (including pivot tables) to analyze data, validate vendor charges, and identify discrepancies. The analyst must have a strong understanding of contract terms, employment agreements, and union policies to determine eligibility for payments, such as travel allowances and schedule-based compensation. This position requires collaboration with vendors and internal business units.
