About The Job:

The HCM Business Analyst will partner with both business and technology groups to deliver and maintain benefits system-related solutions for the Vulcan enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR and Benefits and act as a functional expert working with HCM systems such as Peoplesoft HCM and/or Oracle HCM Cloud.

What You'll Do:

Bachelor Degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field.3+ years’ experience in supporting business users with the design, development, testing and implementation of software applications in the field of HR.

Candidates are required to have skills supporting users and problem-solving specifically on ERP (Oracle eBS, Fusion Cloud, PeopleSoft) systems.

Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations. *
