Now Hiring: Lease Operators – Day Shift (10/4 Schedule) – Eunice, NM

Seeking experienced Lease Operators to oversee daily oil and gas production operations in the Eunice, NM area. Responsibilities include operating gas lift wells, inspecting and maintaining equipment, monitoring production data, and performing minor repairs. Candidates must have at least 1 year of oilfield and gas lift experience, a valid driver’s license, and live within 40 miles of Kermit. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of experience, technical certifications, and bilingual skills. Safety focus, accountability, and strong decision-making are essential.
