•Operate gas lift wells and compression equipment to ensure optimal production
•Inspect and monitor wells, tanks, meters, separators, compressors, and piping for leaks or unusual conditions and take corrective action as needed
•Access remote locations to check wells and maintain operational levels, pressures, and flow on separation equipment using both automatic and manual controls
•Gauge tanks for the sale or transfer of crude oil and water
•Operate rod pumping wells, ESPs, flowing wells, and well test systems
•Use electronic remote well supervision tools to optimize production and minimize safety and environmental risks
•Maintain accurate chemical injection rates; start up and shut in wells as needed
•Input daily production data (volumes, well tests, downtime, and injection information) into electronic systems
•Monitor and verify accuracy of production input/output data
•Supervise and optimize production and costs in assigned area
•Perform minor hands-on repairs to production equipment
•Safely operate a company-provided vehicle
•Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
•1+ year direct experience in oil and gas production
•1+ year experience working with gas lift systems
+ Work in extreme weather and temperature conditions
+ Travel to multiple sites daily
+ Work both inside and outside of a vehicle
+ Climb up to 24 feet to gauge tanks
+ Wear required PPE
+ Walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull
+ Use hand tools for minor equipment repairs
+ Work weekends and be on call as needed
•Associate degree or trade certification in Production Technology, Process Technology, or related technical field
•3+ years of oil and gas production experience
•Bilingual in English and Spanish
•Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
•Strong skills in reporting, data entry, and interpreting production and financial data
•Ability to respond to visual and auditory signals, alarms, and instructions
•Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and problem-solving skills
•Delivers results through realistic planning and sound decision-making
