Overview:
Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (“DGOC”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Diversified Energy Company PLC, a US-based company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and London Stock Exchange (LSE) under the ticker symbol “DEC”. Diversified Gas & Oil Corporation (DGOC) is an established owner and operator of producing conventional and unconventional natural gas & oil wells and midstream pipelines and compression stations concentrated in the Appalachian Basin in the United States. Headquartered in Birmingham, AL, our field operations are located throughout the Appalachian Basin in the states of Tennessee, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. In 2021, Diversified announced our expansion into our Central Regional Focus Area, which includes producing areas within Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas.
Responsibilities:
Viewed as a fully competent Lease Operator. Works under moderate supervision to perform all routine duties and daily responsibilities. Has the functional and technical skills to perform the job and to solve moderately complex problems and issues. Monitors, maintains, and reports the operation of wells and sites on an assigned route. Special focus to be placed on:
•Make routine checks on all well sites according to schedule.
•Monitor production equipment including but not limited to compressors, pumpjacks, plunger lift, dehydrators, meters, separators, and safety devices; perform light maintenance on equipment as necessary to ensure all equipment is well maintained and operating safely.
•Inspect lease sites to ensure they are clean and free of debris and overgrown vegetation.
•Manage daily fluid production; gauge and record oil and water tank levels.
•Gather daily, monthly and quarterly data and submit all required reports and tickets in a timely manner; meets deadlines with few errors and/or missing information.
•Analyze production related issues and work with foreman and any other relative personnel to troubleshoot and resolve.
•Communicate regularly with production foreman on daily plans and issues; participate in periodic well reviews and safety meetings.
•Work to optimize productions in a safe, cost-effective manner.
•Participate in on-call rotation schedule which includes some nights and weekends.
•Check for and address spills, fluid leaks, and trip hazards.
•Ensure company provided vehicle is properly maintained
•Respond to after-hours emergencies when necessary.
•Inspect and maintain equipment on a routine basis.
•Reads and interprets various types of meter charts.
•Assess the route and create their own schedule daily, weekly, and monthly schedule. Recognize and implement necessary schedule adjustments.
•Demonstrated familiarity with multiple types of artificial lift and can troubleshoot with some assistance from senior lease operators or the foreman, including but not limited to differential controlled or time-based plunger lift systems; electric or gas/gasoline pumping units.
•Ability to balance production of a route/field; assess inputs and outputs to determine potential line loss situations.
•Demonstrated competency in area of operations processes such as returning wells to production (RTP), prestart up checks, blow down procedures, etc.

Qualifications:
Position Requirements
•High School Diploma or equivalent.
•Knowledge of and commitment to safety procedures and regulations.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
•Ability to remain calm during emergencies and respond appropriately as dictated by the circumstance of the incident.
•Ability to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes a hard hat, safety glasses, respirators, earplugs, steel-toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the location and work performed.
•Knowledge of company computer software associated with electronic measurement data collection, such as Cygnet, FDC and FlowCal.
•2 years of oil field experience preferred.

•Visually seeing driving operations well (either naturally or with corrective lenses).

•Able to lift 50lb or more objects occasionally.
•Able to carry 50lb or more objects occasionally.
•Able to adapt to outdoor conditions and prolonged exposure to varying weather conditions.
