What We Offer

Position Summary

Communicate standards of excellence in the daily work assignments of assigned team, in order to meet safe production for all recycled concrete yards, as outlined by Management. Standards should be communicated through stated goals, daily interaction, Team meetings, provide input on employee performance evaluations, and recommend disciplinary actions.

This position may will regularly float to one of the other concrete recycle yards within the Houston area, depending on business needs. Transportation or fuel reimbursement will be provided, if traveling further than the normal work commute.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Larger equipment is typically air conditioned. There will be times when outside assignments may require periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs.
