Job Description

X-energy is looking for a strong candidate for a Lead, Plant Operations position to provide technical oversight for the design, development, and implementation of operations programs and procedures. This role functions as a member of an operations and maintenance engineering team that is responsible for developing operations, and maintenance specific Engineering Programs and related activities.

Job Profile Tasks/Responsibilities

Location: 530 Gaither Road, Rockville, MD

Travel Expectations: 10% to plant sites during lead time

Work Site Expectations: 5 days a week in office

Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri

Compensation

A reasonable estimate for this position at the level of experience required is:

$146,000- $184,690 Position Job Classification
