Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary

This role is a member of the Procurement SLT is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-wide supplier performance programs and long-term improvement roadmaps. Collaborate with supplier development teams to implement joint improvement projects and strategic supplier collaboration. Leverage data analytics and digital tools to automate and enhance performance insights and reporting. Monitor external market trends and benchmarking to continuously evolve supplier performance best practices. Leads data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives for supplier insights. This role partners closely with strategic sourcing, quality, risk, and operations teams to develop and scale performance frameworks that ensure supplier excellence in quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and innovation.


Job Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous enhancement of enterprise-wide supplier performance programs and long-term improvement roadmaps. Designs and governs the overall supplier performance management framework.

Manage the development and rollout of standardized supplier scorecards, KPIs, risk metrics, and performance.
Conduct executive-level performance reviews with Senior Leadership and strategic suppliers, ensuring alignment on performance goals and improvement plans. Identify underperforming suppliers, lead root cause analyses, and guide corrective action and recovery initiatives. Partner with Senior Leadership across the enterprise to align supplier performance strategies with organizational goals, ensuring consistent communication and strategic collaboration.
Lead data strategy, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives to automate and enhance performance insights and reporting.
Collaborate with supplier development teams to implement joint improvement projects and strategic supplier collaboration.
Monitor external market trends and benchmarking to continuously evolve supplier performance best practices.
Mentor and align all Line of Business supplier performance teams to assure compliance with enterprise-wide program.


Job Specific Qualifications


Required

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field with at least 8 years of relevant work experience

At least 5 years people management experience
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute supplier performance initiatives across cross-functional teams Experience with supplier metrics and / or supplier performance management systems. Experience with analytics, relational databases, and complex problem solving
Demonstrated ability to: conduct strategic sourcing to identify and contract with key service providers, present ideas and suggestions to VP level management, and influence without direct authority. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present to enterprise executive leadership
Desired
Six Sigma, Lean, or similar continuous improvement certification
PMP or equivalent project management certification
