What You’ll Tackle
•Own the 0 → 1 roadmap for an AI companion that lets consumers, investors, and contractors ask anything about a property—and get answers with receipts (explainable recommendations, comps, zoning nuances, contractor intros, you name it).
•Flip between North‑Star vision and week‑to‑week scrums, shepherding prototypes into revenue‑ready releases.
•Partner with a PhD‑level Head of Data, a hands‑on AI Architect, and a lean squad of ML engineers to squeeze every drop out of LLMs (hello AWS Bedrock) and a monster proprietary data set.
•Shape GTM metrics (engagement, retention, expansion) and iterate until they glow green.
•Build a “Bell Labs” culture—curiosity over ego, demo Fridays, and a whiteboard always half‑erased from the last epiphany.
The Must‑Haves
•5‑10 yrs leading B2C or B2B2C products where data/ML was the core value prop.
•Proven chops shipping v1 and scaling v2/v3—think start‑up PM or ex‑founder who knows the joy/pain of green‑field.
•You translate tech‑talk into user love (and vice‑versa) better than Google Translate.
•Comfortable inside AWS (bonus for Bedrock, SageMaker, or vector DB experience).
•Insatiable curiosity—your tabs breed at night and you’re still reading Substack at 1 AM because the idea worm won’t quit.
