Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Septic Installation & Repair Technician to head our new division. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of septic system installations, repairs, and inspections, as well as leadership abilities to manage a growing team. This role requires a hardworking, motivated, and reliable individual who is ready to take on responsibility and drive success.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all septic system installations, repairs, and inspections.

- Operate and maintain septic service equipment, including trucks and machinery.

- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for septic system installations and repairs.

- Train and mentor team members as the division grows.

- Maintain detailed records and reports of work completed.

- Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent service and professional guidance.

- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and company objectives.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in septic system installations, repairs, and inspections.

- CDL not required, but preferred.

- Proven track record of reliability, professionalism, and leadership.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot system issues.

- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and in all weather conditions.

- Experience in pumping (septic or grease) is preferred.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

- References required.
