The business has doubled in size within the last 18 months and continues to grow with the expansion into the Syracuse market. The overall business has several facets including Oil Delivery, HVAC – Installation and Service, and Energy Programs, including insulation within the NYS Energy Programs.

About The Role The role will initially include installation of HVAC equipment as well as the repair of HVAC equipment, but has the opportunity of growth into the management of the Installation & Service Teams in addition to some sales responsibilities, objectives, and goals.

Responsibilities & Key Job Objectives (Senior Installer)

- Review the job material list the night prior to installation and see that all the equipment is ready.

- Adopt, teach, reinforce the Collis Level of work quality and expectations.

- Adopt, teach, reinforce all Collis Safety Procedures

- Adopt, teach, and implement all Front Stage Customer Interactions

- Ensure that all installations must be in accordance with Collis Best Practices

- Ensure each installation will be fully functional at the end of the day; without the need for additional start up services.

- Ensure photos of the completed job are taken and uploaded to showcase our work.

- Unless otherwise directed, collect the balance due at the end of each job.

Requirements:

- 5-10+ years prior field experience with HVAC Installations - 3-5+ years of field experience with HVAC Troubleshooting and Service repairs

- EPA 608 Universal HVAC Certification
