Lead Installer/Technician

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to oversee the assembly and installation of custom truck beds. This leadership role involves hands-on work, team supervision, quality control, and adherence to timelines. The ideal candidate has experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

- Supervise a small 1-2 man team assembling truck beds, and installing on trucks

- Manage all aspects of the build process, from start to finish.

- Ability to communicate with management effectively to complete each week’s assigned tasks and identify problems before they occur.

- Coordinating tasks and managing team members to ensure timely completion.

- Ensure all installations meet quality standards.

- Maintain an organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are stored properly.

Requirements

- Basic 12 volt Electrical

- Basic Assembly Skills (proficient with hand and power tools)

- Leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Effective Communicator

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
