Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Midland, TX for a Lead Natural Gas Generator Technician. The Lead Natural Gas Generator Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas generators. Key day-to-day tasks include performing diagnostics, conducting preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning efficiently and safely. The lead technician will also oversee and guide a team of junior technicians, manage scheduling and report on performance and issues.
