To join our team as an Energy Efficiency Technician! You will act as a local on-site program and company representative to residential customers. You would be educating power utility customers on Energy Waste Reduction. Can you think of a more timely business?

Install basic energy-efficient equipment, and inspect customers homes for insulation, air sealing, HVAC equipment and make recommendations for saving energy and money!

The Technician will work directly with our Utility Client's diverse, multi-lingual customer base.

Please Note: Position is available in the greater Metro Detroit area. Candidates must live in or within a reasonable commuting distance from their territory.

The employee will have a four-day work week, working 10 hour days. You will be provided a company van and need a clean driving record. This role is remote with no overnight travel.

This is not a sales role! No cold calling required. Customers schedule their own appointments through a support team and scheduled appointments are provided to you.

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
