What You’ve Accomplished

- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Art, Multimedia Technologies, Web Design of Digital Media Production, and a related field

- At least 8 years of directly related experience

- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff, management, vendors, and customers

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and files efficiently

- Proficiency in design and video editing software

- Proficient with AP Communication Styles

- Understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Lead Multimedia Specialist in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Marketing Communications Business Line in the Corporate Business Unit. This group works across all organizations within Framatome to provide a variety of solutions to evaluate, develop, and executive marketing needs to promote our brand, products, and services to help meet business objectives and strategic opportunities. Your work will include:

- Direct and oversee multimedia strategy across digital and print platforms

- Partner with leadership to align multimedia efforts with organizational goals

- Lead content marketing initiatives, integrate new technologies, and represent the organization as an expert multimedia and digital engagement

- Supervise staff, manage priorities, and resources

This position requires occasional travel. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $97,000 - $131,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
