Key Responsibilities
•Strategically plan, set up, and manage Google Ads PPC campaigns to drive high-quality lead generation.
•Conduct in-depth audience research, segmentation, and keyword targeting to maximize campaign performance.
•Optimize campaigns to achieve low cost-per-lead (CPL) without compromising lead quality.
•Create compelling ad copy and assets tailored to the needs of construction-related businesses.
•Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and apply data-driven optimizations for continuous improvement.
•Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to refine ad creatives and landing pages.
•Effectively manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI while achieving lead generation goals.
•Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices.
•Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders.

Skills:
•Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Manager, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling.
•Exceptional ad copywriting and creative development skills tailored to the construction market.
•Strong knowledge of conversion tracking tools and performance analytics.
•Ability to interpret data and implement actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
Industry Knowledge:
•Deep understanding of construction-focused industries such as Custom Home Builders, Roofers, General Contractors, and Architects.
•Familiarity with sales funnels, lead nurturing, and CRM integration to support end-to-end lead generation.
Tools & Software:
•Google Ads Manager: Advanced setup, optimization, and scaling.
•CRM Systems: Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Go High Level.
