Join us as our new Lead Project Engineer
We are looking for another member to join our Engineering Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees.
ROLE
:
The Lead Project Engineer has oversight of all engineering and engineering-related commercial aspects during the delivery of a project or tender. Under the Project Manager, their purpose is to provide leadership, co-ordination and expertise to the Project team, taking control of high-impact aspects of project delivery.
DUTIES/TASKS
:
+ Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment tools and techniques + DOF Business Management System (BMS) + DOF Vessels' capabilities & systems, with particular focus on regionally based assets + Commercial & contractual implications during engineering & operations phase
+ Statutory requirements, HSE regulations, Industry codes & standards related to Offshore Engineering such as AS / API / DNV / AISC / IMCA etc + Offshore Engineering principles + Fundamentals of leadership / frontline management / negotiation / conflict management + Related departments: HR, Finance, marine, etc.
