Concierge Plus is a new and rapidly growing division of CleanOffice, focused on delivering high-end front-of-house services to luxury residential and commercial properties. With a vision to expand across the entire DMV region, Concierge Plus is building a dynamic team of hospitality professionals who are passionate about excellence and ready to grow with us.
As a Lead Receptionist – you will be the face of the building and the go-to leader for our front desk and concierge team, you’ll set the tone for excellence, hospitality, and professionalism. If you’re ready to lead with confidence and deliver five-star service every day—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
•Deliver world-class service: greet residents and guests, distribute packages, provide recommendations, and more.
•Lead with excellence: supervise the front desk team, manage schedules, ensure full coverage, and mentor staff.
•Support property operations: report maintenance issues, monitor supplies, oversee community room bookings, and schedule move-ins/move-outs.
•Be the communication hub: disseminate notices, maintain resident directories, respond to alarms, and more.
•Serve as the property’s professional ambassador during tours and events.
