Lead Analyst - Contract Admin NM (Network Management)
Reporting to Sr Manager, Contract Administration

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from to $77,000 to $97,000 plus bonus
Job Summary:
Provides lead support for the Contract Management Group by tracking all facets of contract framework agreements, primarily by providing analytical support for burn rates, PAYID usage; funds availability, in addition to other duties as directed.
Key Responsibilities:
•Provides data management support for the Contract Management Group, includes tracking all facets of contract framework agreements. Provides analytical support to P&T management, Projects, and Electric Operations Supports the coordination of invoicing for all OPCOS and generates reports as directed.(50%,P)
•Assists with detailed bid analysis and tracks key metrics related to framework utilization. (5%,S)
•Generates monthly score cards containing key metrics.
•Has a lead role in the group, validating data, monitoring process flows in SAP, and responding to internal and external request for data as directed.
Qualifications:
•Bachelors Degree preferred. Associates
•Degree with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience required.
•High degree of technical knowledge related to the use of Microsoft office and customized software.
•Basic working knowledge of circuits, equipment and construction standards and protective devices, as related to electric utility infrastructure.
•Strong analytical and problem solving abilities are required
•Strong communication skills, both spoken and written are required
•Ability to manage multiple projects, effectively utilizing project management and other software as needed.
•Able to prioritize multiple projects, complete projects on schedule and communicate work plans verbally and in writing.
•Able to participate in interdepartmental work teams.
•Able to promote a working environment that values safety.
•Able to work independently within established guidelines.
